The Taiwanese military said that army major Luo Xian Zhe who was enlisted as a spy for China, has already been detained.
This is the most highest ranking Taiwan officer to be involved in spying for decades. It is believed that the leaked secrets could affect both Taiwanese military operations and future cooperation with the United States military.
