Steve Jobs in Chinese – Learn Chinese on Twitter

We did a post a few weeks back that covered some Twitter accounts that you could follow that were tweeting about learning Chinese – but obviously you’re not limited to folllowing accounts that are just about learning Chinese, follow some accounts that are actually in Chinese too.

Jobs in Chinese is a sort of Chinese version of Fake Steve Jobs, humourously tweeting about Apple’s current affairs in Chinese and giving you the opportunity to learn some Chinese while having a laugh too:

苹果以前做「IT」,现在做「家电」,而将来要做「时尚」。分析了LV后我们发现:时尚产品要「精美」,但更重要的是必须「脆弱」和「不实用」。所以我们设计了iPhone4的外形,用玻璃材料,还不让他好好打电话。

píng guǒ yǐ qián zuò “IT” , xiàn zài zuò “jiā diàn”, ér jiāng lái yào zuò “shí shàng”. fēn xī le LV hòu wǒ men fā xiàn: shí shàng chǎn pǐn yào “jīng měi”, dàn gèng zhòng yào de shì bì xū “cuì ruò” hé “bù shí yòng”. suǒ yǐ wǒ men shè jì le iPhone4 de wài xíng, yòng bō lí cái liào, hái bú ràng tā hǎo hǎo dǎ diàn huà.

In the past Apple did “IT”, now we’re doing “consumer electronics”, and in the future we want to do “fashion”. After analysing LV we found: fashionable products should be elegant, but more importantly they should be weak and impractical, so we designed the iPhone 4, it’s made of glass, and it’s not easy to successfully make a call.
