How to say ‘selfie’ in Chinese

The word ‘selfie‘ hit the mainstream in the west last year, so much so that Oxford Dictionaries announced it to be their word of the year. Well, if anyone knows what a selfie is it’s the Taiwanese. I think it’s actually written into law that you have to take a selfie everywhere you go to prove you’ve been there. Anyway, how do you say ‘selfie’ in Chinese?

自拍

Pinyin: Zìpāi

Traditional:
我女朋友很煩!她動不動都要自拍
